Stephen & Nick met when they worked together briefly in 2007.
They discovered that they both had the same concept in mind when it came to opening their own restaurant.
TV3 followed them with a six part documentary as they planned & opened a restaurant that embraces everything the classic bistro offers Nick & Stephen launched “Pichet” in July 2009 to great acclaim.
